Yes, you read that right. This is the private study of Professor Unserious.
You might be thinking: “Professor” and “Unserious”? Do those two words even belong together?
That’s precisely why I created this place.
In the traditional view, “professor” means stuffy, rigid, and sleep-inducing. And “history” is just a dusty pile of cold dates and distant names.
But my philosophy is: “History is too important to be boring, and too fascinating to be taken entirely seriously.”
“Unserious” is my attitude. It means we reject dry lectures and instead use humor, wit, and even a Lofi vibe to deconstruct the grand narratives.
“Professor” is my bottom line. It represents our core promise: “Unserious, but we don’t lie.” Every “gag” (梗) here is backed by rigorous academic research. We’re all about intelligent humor and knowledge with a human touch.
The core project of this study is “Gag Dynasty: Chinese History with a Twist.”
It’s an ambitious plan. We’re starting from the age of ancient myths (Season 1: The Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors) and using “gags” to connect the entire thread of Chinese civilization. You’ll find that those untouchable emperors, generals, and sages… well, they knew how to have fun, too.
